If she hadn’t been there to patiently talk us through all the ups and downs of the various inspections and repairs, I think we would have lost our minds! Danelle really went above and beyond the call of duty to be present at the house to coordinate everything, as well as to communicate every document and action related to the sale. "I met Danelle when she showed me a house she has listed. I was working with another agent at the time, but found Danelle much more responsive and available. I asked her to show me a list of houses, she arranged it all (including some last minute additions) and scheduled the route nicely. She even brought snacks and water! She began calling me periodically with new listing she thought I might be interested in. She figured out what I liked and wanted very quickly! When I found a house I wanted, she helped explain the process. She had a list of trades people for the inspections - they were all trustworthy and prompt. much of the back and forth was going on over the Christmas/New Year's holiday and she stayed in touch! I was even out of town going into the final week and she took care of everything. The closing went smoothly and I moved in last Sat! Thanks, Danelle!"
